When my camera was update through the aplication to 1.05eu I have found the zip archive in the app folder. So here it is. Untouched. Do you want to update your camera over the chinese firmware? I do not take any responsibility if you brick your camera. But let us know if you were sucessfull.

This is North America version if I'm not wrong
File name is:
OTA_18_FULL_70mai_d05_v1.0.5na_20190605_1641_full.zip
My camera was china version before update, after update with your firmware is English version.
Everything works well, bellow is simple tutorial how to update, this is not from my upgrade process,
this is from some other user

as far as I know, there is no eu firmware.
only NA (north America), RU (Russia) and CN (China) firmware releases
