Looking to replace E-PRANCE® Newest B48 Super HD 1296P

I hate the 170 degree lens and the video quality isn't all great.
I would love to get a 120 degree lens like my
3H2F GS6000 Ambarella A7 that recently broke.

I've been considering between the
DOD LS430W
and the Panorama S, but which camera would you recommend for best video quality?

the DOD doesn't have a great quality lens, suffers focus shift with temperature changes

Out of those two I'd go with the Panorama as you also get the extra parking modes etc if you buy a battery discharge device.
