Is the output footage on the memory card also looking like this ?

It could be a issue with the wires to the camera LCD screen, which should not affect the recorded footage.

Thank you for answering, yes the output footage looks the same, in day light it all works normally, but when it’s dark, It goes like that

Very strange, i think you will need to get that camera replaced.
