I've been wanting to avoid hard-wiring and instead plug in the dashcam using a 12V outlet and a USB adapter (2 x 5V, 1A). The outlet can be set to provide power even when the car is parked (ignition off). I'd like to avoid draining the battery, so I've been looking for a 12V cut-off that can be plugged into a regular outlet, no wiring needed. These seem to have cut-off points of around 11 V which seems way too low. They're usually designed for on-board fridges, not low-power electronic devices (5V, 2A).

Do any of you have experience with these and can recommend any product or brand – ideally one where the cut-off can be set to 11.8 or 12V?

I'm looking for something that looks like this:

Vicovation Vico-Power Plus, or Rhundo Rs-21S which is updated version from Rs-20s

The Rhundo (older version) is in use with several members here for years, and I can't recall hearing of a single issue being reported with it. Based on that I'll recommend it.
