VIOFO A329T 3CH (F+T+R) + Sandisk Extreme 1TB external SSD
Just seen that LTT (Linus Tech Tips) has done an updated Dash Cam video for this year. They "test" some of the brands and models I have seen popular on these forums.
He shows off some Viofo models, but, I think he does not get some facts right. Like, I know the A119 Mini 2 supports 60fps, I used it my self for quite some time..

Anyways, check out their video:

some facts. These writers should stay in their lane and stay away from automotive technology. They get so many things wrong

I find it a bit puzzling given how technically knowledgeable they are, and yet this was a bit of a haphazard test done with essentially slapping the dashcams on the WS and going. They didn’t seem to really get into any basic settings or test parking mode either. I suppose you could argue that’s somewhat realistic given most people won’t putz around with settings either, but there’s a difference between saying a camera can do something if you change a menu option vs a camera can’t do something at all.

I’m totally cool with them helping to share info about this niche. I just wish they’d do a bit more due diligence along the way.

Yes, I also watched the video. LTT is entertaining to watch, yet occasionally they overlook important facts. You're correct 60 frames per second is supported by the A119 Mini 2. That section caught my attention because I have also used it. However, it's still good to see dashcams receiving more attention. demonstrates that you can't rely solely on YouTube for specifications.
