I have one of the above (rear camera also) but I have never updated the firmware, it is still on the original F 15. When I turn on the dash cam I get "Welcome, please rive safely... nothing else! have systematically formatted the card afresh by the (latest) viewer, downloaded the latest firmware from Lukas web site dragged and dropped the unzipped files on to the SD card and the most I get is LED lights flash and "SD card formatted", no further, firmware does not update?
I am happy to be told it is user error and to obtain any advice as to how to proceed! All advice is welcome.
