Lukas Android App: save to external HD

So it seems the Lukas App (1.4.7) on Android only saves the downloaded videos to
internal SDcard (/sdcard). That is bad as that memory is not expandabel and users usually
have much more space on the (usually expandable) external SDcard.

Could the App be updated to allow saving to the external SD card??
(Due to Android 5's handling of SD card, it may need a facility
to delete data from that external dir once files have been saved off)

it would be supremely helpful if one could enter any path, but I am not sure Android 4.4 and up will
allow that. If it works, one could directly download to a Dropbox-synced dir which then could be
synched once one reconnects to one's regular Wifi...
