LukasDirect poor quality

Hello guys, im just writing to warn you not to buy the lukasdirect.com dashcam QVIA AR790 WD GPS

I had problems since the beggining, the mic stop working like in 2 months, and after a year and a half, it suddenly stopped working.
And the worse, the warranty of course its only 1 year, when every single store give you 2 years...they didnt gave me any solution at least how to try to fix it or something.

Poor quality and worse customer atention.

If you've had problems since the beginning then why even bother torturing yourself even more dealing with it any longer? I'd just get a new one.

Lucas in Australia give a 2 year warranty ... maybe contact (email) Lucas direct in Korea, explain your situation nicely (do not be abusive) and see what they say.
Include that the store you purchased it from (include name and where) only gives you a 1 year warranty. Perhaps contact the store and ask them why only 1 yr when 2 is standard and tell them you are contacting Lucas in Korea about it. I would definitely be following this up.
