M20 does not turn on

I've some problems with the M20 that is just a few months old.
The camera does not turn on anymore.
If i charge it, there is a small red light flashing, but less bright than it's normally the case.

I tried flashing different firmwares on it, but that did not work.
Any ideas how to fix it?

If M20 is running Firmware version 1.3.1 press & hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn the camera on.

I have same problem and camera is new too. Any solution? I hold button for 3 secs obviusly.
