Hello,
Can I possibly make the wrist remote for Git2 waterproof?
Has anyone done this and can share how?

If you need it for swimming/diving: put it into a small plastic bag (without the wristband), seal it carefully and attach it somewhere to your body (e.g. simply use duct tape for the wrist).

You can try to use a small amount of silicone instead (like you do for sanitary facilities), but it is not sure that it will work.

I think it is 3m waterproof already. A plastic bag, such as those sold for keeping cameras/phones dry underwater may help, but if you dive deep then the water pressure will press the buttons even through a plastic bag so it wont be much use!

I swim as deep as 3 meters only so that actually suits me perfectly!
I was not aware it is waterproof at all.
Thanks a lot friends! This makes my life sweeter indeed.

You could also try something like plastidip to coat it.

The quickest way to make it fully waterproof is to use a condom, it will not be only waterproof but also very safe :)
