Manual Timelapse Mode not Saving/Recording?

This is the 2nd time this happened to me. I'm parked on site and I set the camera to timelapse. It showed the timelapse icon in the top right and timer was going. Got up to 2 hours of video, stopped the recording, turned the camera off, plugged the memory card into my laptop and no timelapse video. Last video stored is the one I stopped recording before I enabled timelapse in the settings. What am I missing? I'm using modded firmware A129-5ur.

Try the unmodified version. Pretty sure it will work.

This is getting repetitive and exactly what I was talking about when the modified firmware threads started. All this tinkering is going to break things, which unfortunately for some is going to be when they need the footage.

I'd suggested @viofo to add user selectable sharpness and bitrate options and put an end to this sideshow as in the long run it's going to be more damaging than beneficial. Seems to have fallen on deaf ears as probably visibility, promotion and views are more important.
