We have customer sent us the out of focus images he shot by SJCAM camera.
Normally we suggest in this situation, due to hardware, customers can send it back
to our factory to fix or have replacement.
But if customers who think would prefer adjust by themselves, instead of waiting for
a long time shipping. It turns out it s not that difficult to do that, so we made a tutorial
video filming the whole process of doing that.
For people in this forum, please contact me, and we will send you guys a tutorial video.
