Adding a new SP memory card to the collection, the model is called Inspire, it is TLC and have R/W speeds of 170 / 150 MB/s

There are a few other new cards i want to add to the collection, but i can not do that right now, also some are actually pretty expensive like the new Samsung P9 that is a 800 /650MB/s card, also other similar from other brands of course.

Also i somehow seem to have misplaced one of my Sandisk cards 🙄😡

Current cards in collection minus some that is in use, and various brand cards ( 70mai - Vantrue ASO )
I have also learned at least the cheap kindston cards, they are generational and for instance the Canvas select plus it is now at GEN 3 i am not sure what generation it is i have but probably GEN 1

I have found the identifier on generational Kingston cards, or i assume i have.

but here is a pic of a GEN 3 canvas select plus card.

As you can see comparing to my collection pic above this GEN3 card read SDCS3/256GB where as my old card read SDCS2/2566GB and so i assume / deduct my card is a GEN 2 card.

I have no idea if there are performance changes in between the generations, but i would assume so, in a positive or at least R/W fastness way.
But this can of course play into dashcam compatibility, so one have to be mindful of that, so moving forward i will have to remember to write i am testing with a GEN2 canvas select plus card

Have to remember to keep the eye on the ball, and play with the right ball, even if playing soccer on a small indoor field size pitch with a Aussie rule rugby ball was immensely fun, well at least if you was stoned and half drunk out of your mind.

ALSO !!!! my GEN2 card is U3 / V30 / A1 card, the new GEN4 card is just U1 / V10 / A1

Also i have edited a bit more, looking at my collection pic above, my Kingston canvas go plus seem to be a GEN 3 card as it read SDCG3/256GB
And indeed looking at new cards filtering for newness there is a GEN4 canvas go plus reading SDCG4/256GB

Live and learn i guess.

This is where i found mine lol
Only took about a year to find it and it was found because my car floor was wet from the sun roof leaking! To dry the floor i had to remove the entire interior hence the finding of the memory card.
I had looked there many times before but it is a very tight space when the seat is in the car.

Going to pick up new Sp memory card, ready for me at the delivery point.

We consequently call sun roofs for rain roofs, there was one in my friends brand new Land rover, it always leaked no matter what the hell we tried to seal it permanently with.
