Memory card errors with nextbase memory card

Ok so I’ve had my 522gw front and rear setup for 10 months now and after suffering lots of issues with memory cards I went ahead and bought a nextbase 64GB card from halfords as it was them who fitted my cameras. I bought the card about 1-2 month ago and on and off since then I’m still having errors.
“Slow write speed” “??? Card format error???”(can’t remember what it said fully) and also the camera itself playing the sound when it turns on on a continuous loop with no recording taking place and I have to press the reset button.
Would this indicate a fault with the camera?

Whenever I have a memory card error, I download 'SD Memory Card Formatter' from sdcard.org and do an 'overwrite format.' Then I format it again in the camera using the camera's formatting process. This has resolved several memory card issues for me over the years.

Do you format your SD card every 2-3 weeks?
