MF3 vs OS3

Is the OS3 the same as the MF3? Seeing some decent prices on OS3's and wondering if they're the same product, share the same firmware, etc.

Looks like it's what Vico is calling it for the Chinese market. Last I knew, Vico was phasing out the MF3.
