MGCOOL has its debut on around Oct 2016 and the Explorer Pro series action cam which has just launched recently is a very HOT item! I mean it’s a real HOT item!!!
To have a better understanding, MGCOOL is actually the subsidiary brand of Elephone; a big brand in China which is professional in mobile phone, peripheral devices and action cam previously. Well now MGCOOL products lines will inherit Elephone’s action cameras series, mechanical keyboard series, Noise-cancellation earphone, mouse, and MGCOOL smart band.

Shout Out Loud For the 6G “Sharkeye” Wide-angle HD lens. It provides a great performance at distortion correction.
It’s far ahead of ordinary lenses on light transmittance and color revivification
To my conclusion, It is indeed a gadget which is Value for Money. The menu of this action cam is quite straight forward, every setting can be configured in one key. Setting is much easier than SJCAM SJ5000X Elite which is another action cam of mine.MGCOOL Explorer Pro really does its job but doesn’t do it well. Comparing with SJcams, the quality of the footage seems soft and not detail enough. However, considering for the price of US38.99 for a mid-range action cam, I would consider a green light as you pay what you get.
