Generally any video player will let you see the footage. VLC and Potplayer are good basic freebies, Dashcam Viewer is chock-full of features, and DVPlayer is good too. Windows stuff can be hit-and-miss based on file type and codec. I don't need any features so Potplayer is my go-to; works well with all the file types and compression formats including h265.
