Mini 0805 not 30p :( what is wrong?

Hi there,
i have just get brand new Mini 0805 dashcam from gearbest.com (). In the desriptions it says that the cam is 30 fps on all resolutions but when i check this new cam it can only record on 25p on all resolutions. i've also checked the recorded videos.... they are 25p.

here are resolutions on the menu:
2580x1080 25p 21:9
2304x1296 25p 16:9
1920x1080 45p 16:9
1920x1080 25p 16:9
1920x1080 25p 16:9 HDR
1280x720 50p 16:9

My software version is: 20150615 V1.0

Change it from Pal to Ntsc - usually in video or video out menus

Bought my Mini 0805 from everybuying.net for $65.99, no GPS, no internal memory.
Using an ADATA 16gb 10 speed.
S/W version is 20150821.
Everything works great . . . except . . .

My videos are choppy. I saw this post that said "switch from PAL to ntsc", but there are no settings that allow me to do that. How do I switch to NTSC?
