MINI ONE - Connection to pc and video lenght

Hi! I bought a Mini One and I have two problems.
I can't connect to pc. It doesn't recognize it. How can I see the videos inside like as an external memory?
Plus, by the app I see that videos have 1 minute lenght. Can I have a single video long? Or maybe download them together?

Hi @Enzissimo welcome to dashcamtalk forums. How did you connect the dashcam to PC? It has two ports, you cannot use the power cable / port to connect to PC. You will need a micro USB cable.

The files are in 1 minute lengths, there are no settings to change this. Have you tried to connect using the WiFi phone app?

Hi! Thanks! I connect by the mini usb (the charger port is the jack port). Unluckily the pc doesn't recognize it. I tried from another pc too.
