Missing frames in parking mode

A129 Pro powered by a 27000 mA powerbank (5V 3,4A max)
When A129 Pro switches from 4k 21:9 to 1080p (parking mode) it misses 3 seconds of recording.
When A129 Pro switches from 1080p (parking mode) to 4k 21:9 to it misses 4 seconds of recording.
Motion Detection was ON.
Watching the files, I think front cam only uses motion detection.
