MiVue 618 crashed after Firmwareupdate

After Firmwareupdate from 2018-01-03, mio service, file: SD_CarDV.bin
VMR0.03.D9.BE1OS the audio output stopped completely. No warning alert, no system tone, no welcome tone.
The mio service can't or won't help me(attitudes right, loudspeaker faulty and so on).
Can anyone help me with an older Firmware?
 
Firstly have you tried the reset button?
 
If you know the full name of the old firmware, a google search might locate a version linked by someone that you can download?

Not the same dashcam but I managed to recover a G1W a year or so ago after finding an older FW version online
