mivue 618 safety camera update

Hi
I am using MiVue 618 for a week. The official site says
"Free safety camera data with monthly updates for the lifetime of your device, so you'll always know where to drive extra carefully" It is not explained how the update will be doneand how to check the actual version.
The site has no option for that.

Can anyone help?

Check this page: http://service.mio.com/M0100/MainFrame.aspx
Then select your model and download the safetycam file.

Put the file in the root of the memorycard and shutdown/restart the device.
Please make sure you have power connected and the device wont shutdown until the upgrade has finished!
