Overview:
You can see that the X2 has the widest dynamic range and keeps up a pretty constant brightness in all scenarios where the other two can get a bit dark at times in the daytime. In terms of reading numberplates the Mobius is probably the best one out of the lot in the daytime - for some reason the Novatek cameras do seem to be very good at that, albeit you end up with a darker image. This is being worked on currently on the Panorama X2 firmware and a new version is due this year which should improve this quite significantly as well as the oversaturation / clipping problems in the daytime. Version 1.01.02 was much brighter at night time but had a green cast to the video, in 1.01.04 they've turned this down a lot but you can see still there's a slight green hue.

What isn't so obvious from the videos above is that the Mobius and Mini (to a lesser extent) seems to lose resolution at night time which isn't shown in these videos. This may be something to do with the Novatek CPU?

If you download the raw clips and watch them you will see what I mean.

Bearing in mind the Mobius A lens isn't as good at night as the B lens which has been shown by @niko in the past, I think that FW 2.25 with the low light setting is doing a great job and at some point I'm going to try the B lens up against these two and see how things look then as the AR0330 does have a dynamic range advantage over the OV4689 in none HDR modes.

It's quite interesting that the Mini 0805 has a similar FOV (field of view) to the Mobius A lens in narrow mode - you can see that the X2 is quite a bit larger so it's capturing a wider scene, although this means that things like numberplates are smaller and harder to read.

I think you'd be happy with any of these cameras as they all do a good job - the Mini cameras have a battery and so aren't suitable for 24x7 parking modes like the Mobius capacitor version and X2 and then the X2 has the best motion detection in parking mode of any of them (and pretty much anything on the market right now). With the Mobius you'd probably just leave it recording 24x7 in conjunction with a BDP solution.

I need to also get an 0805 vs 0806 test done at some point (when I can work out where to mount the other one) as the 0806 is better in both day and night situations from what footage I've watched, but it is the higher end version with a better lens and hardware design.

I did a quick test on a car in front last night to see which cameras could read the numberplate of the car in front with xenon headlights - I didn't realise it supported it but even the Mobius reacted to it and reduced the brightness of the entire scene (look at the street lamps and you'll see them all dim):
