That much I already know but contacting them on ebay requires registration, that's why I asked for a direct contact.
And why would I? I don't buy anything there.but... how come you don't have an ebay account?!
reging a nick will cost you few minutesAnd why should I? I don't buy anything there.
I know, but I'd rather spend those few minutes doing something useful instead.reging a nick will cost you few minutes
Seriously, mobius manufacturer is not on this site? wtf...
.
How come it's so hard to order from https://www.mobius-actioncam.com ? I was looking at options and packages, and everything is disorganized, that comparison they tout, is incomplete, confusing and incorrect.
I don't think that https://www.mobius-actioncam.com is a Mobius-approved seller ...Seriously, mobius manufacturer is not on this site? wtf...

It would be nice if they did. That one and some other threads too.I believe that the manufacturer does monitor the support thread ...

The Mobius developer has ALWAYS monitored these types of threads, at least for the last 4-5 years. The Mobius was a result of this! Other manufactures are now starting to do the same. Some (one?) have been quite successful, others not so much. The BIG advantage is that the Mobius developer is fluent in English. I may be wrong, but I don't believe any developers from the competition understand English very well so they only get their information filtered second-hand. It's mostly (always?) salesmen who reply to the posts. I've seen posts from so-called manufactures about their own products that are totally incorrect or not possible! The Mobius developer doesn't have the time for posting, and as such is a passive member. A few private people, myself included, have excellent direct contact with the developer and will always try our best, time allowing, to reply to technical problems. Tom Frank is highly active in the RC-groups, so any technical non-dashcam problems can also be posted there. It would be nice if they did. That one and some other threads too.
