Mobius web page

When trying to access the Mobius web page I always get this error:
403 - Forbidden Error

You are not allowed to access this address.
If the error persists, please contact the website webmaster.

When I check the site "Down for Everyone or Just Me it says it's just me.
Is this some kind of permissions issue?
Anyone else have this issue also?

Apparently it's just you. I clicked in the link you posted and the web page opened up normally.

I can access it with FireFox & Internet Explorer.
Now just trying to figure out why...
