Can you connect 2 or more Mini 2 cameras to a single hardwire kit?

Not a good idea, the parking mode kit is rated at 1A output, which sounds about right for one camera. It can get fairly toasty when it's busy, so 5V x 1A = 5W is probably what it needs.

So I suppose that if you got a 2A hardwire kit from elsewhere then in theory you could split it. But I wouldn't chance it.

Besides, what would be the advantage of doing this? You could safely run two hardwire kits from a single fuse or piggy back. The Garmin one is rated at 1.5A, so I'd go for a 5A fuse for two.

You could if you are familiar with electronics by implementing a simple relay setup.

The way to do it is by using the hardware kit as the signal that triggers the relay/relays.
With this setup, in theory, you could run many cameras.
