My B1W not recording!!!!!!

what's up all, I wired up my B1W today and successfully connected it to my phone but it seems like it's not recording. The green light is always on instead of flashing, any solutions for that? Cheers!

You probably connected the camera to your car USB data port and camera goes into Mass-storage mode like it's connected to a PC. Make sure the USB port is power only then camera starts automatically.

Possibly the memory card needs formatting, use the phone app to do that...

If it is a 64Gb card and beep prompts after powering on, you should format the card in the app after WiFi connection with your phone!
If it is an always-on green light and no sound from the dashcam, you can reset the dashcam with the tool:

And then you can load it in this way: No need to insert a memory card into the camera unit, please note!

1) Keep pressing this button on the camera when plugging into the laptop USB socket.

2)Open this tool and select this "load bin file" section and load this bin file which lists in the second link.

3)Click this "start update"
