My Blackvue DR550GW-2CH caught a red light runner t boning someone in parking mode

So I was going out to lunch, I was parked in a public lot. I had seen there was an accident so I got back to my car and checked the footage.

You can't see it too well but you can make out the mini van did have a green light, and you see his/her light turns yellow immediately AFTER they got hit, so the crown vic for sure ran a red light.

I offered my info to the police to give to the drivers.
