My Camera Has Lost Its Voice

My DR750S-2CH has stopped talking to me. No more "Powering Down" or any ot the other things it used to say. How do I get the voice back?

I think in talking cameras, or at least some of them, you some times have a option in the settings to adjust how much it talk, maybe even turn it off all together.
My very first good dashcam almost a decade ago, the Lukas LK-7500 also talked a little, but not terrible much, then i have had / tested none talking cameras for many years before i got to deal with that again.

In the Viofo A139 you can select ( under the notification sounds ) OFF - Button beep only - Startup sound only - All on.
Then below that in the APP there is a slider called voice notification which is OF / OFF
