My camera keeps needing fixing after coming loose in the sun !

After some advice on making a proper job of fixing my camera ,which keeps coming loose in warm weather,what’s the best way to clean the windscreen before refitting?

any advice would be greatly appreciated
 
Yes cleaned of old tape and put new tape onto camera! But I didn’t clean camera fixing area or glass area! Would should I clean the areas with before fixing new tape?
