I have a 3G9663DC. It started beeping a series of 3 beeps. It says, "please format the TF card" and "All data will be deleted" with cancel highlighted and then ok. What do I do?

Beeping most often means one of two things

1) Memory Card Error (what brand, model (+ color), size card do you have?)

Memory cards need to be maintained and this includes formatting the card from time to time. When is the last time you formatted the card in-camera? The memory card may have become partially corrupted. Follow these instructions to format the card and reset it to factory conditions.
Eject the card and use the following Windows/Mac app to reset the card back to factory conditions. https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter/ Select the "Overwrite" box, which may will take a long time to complete. If this process completes without errors, insert the card back into the dashcam. The Dashcam will will prompt you to format the memory card when you power up.

2) Communication Error with Rear Camera.

Check Cables/Connections are seated properly. Test with the spare leftover rear video cable if available. The SG9663DC/SG9663DCPRO comes with two cables. This step will help rule out a faulty cable.

Be sure you have updated to the latest firmware for your camera here: https://support.streetguardian.info/firmware-downloads
