I upgraded my A119V3 to firmware version 2.0 and ever since then, I've been hearing mystery beeps. They're quick and sometimes hard to count, but it sounds like 5 beeps, or 7 beeps, or very fast 12 beeps. I've been unable to correlate them to any driving events like bumps in the road, or g-forces starting or stopping. As far as files on the card (SanDisk 128 GB High Endurance, speed class 10, UHS class speed 3, format Micro SD XC, video speed class V30) they all look like this:

20201004091801_000068.TS

Today's 20 minutes on the road created 14 files ranging from about 97,178 KB to 976,264 KB. These are all under DCIM\Movie and there are no other folders like RO on the card. Card is showing 94.8 GB free under Windows 10.

But what's odd is that the files are not a consistent duration. Coming back from the store just a while ago today:
20201004095654_000074.TS 599,992 KB duration=3mins 3 sec
20201004100004_000075.TS 157,663 KB duration=48 seconds

I believe I heard 7 rapid beeps around the time the first file ended, so I'm curious if something triggered it to stop and create a new smaller file.

Any ideas what's going on here? My first thought was to bump down the res, but want to check here first.

Here are my settings:
res 2560x1440p 30fps

First thing to do is eliminate the memory card as a possible source of the issue. Try reformatting first, then try a different card. If the problem persists then begin troubleshooting the camera itself.

Also, try setting the camera to record MP4.
