That is normal for that sensor, you will only see the hot pixels in very low light, as soon as it gets brighter they are gone. I think the sensor also does some calibration on startup so you don't always get the same hot pixels.Night video is nice. The only thing I realised is that after CMOS sensor get "warmed up" - there are hot-pixels start appearing. On 1st 3min video there are no hot-pixels, but on 2nd night video ( 10 min after ) there are hot-pixels starts appearing.

Lens is nice and sharp over the whole image.
And this time, Rayman has cleaned his windscreen for the test
I think it is because of the white van, the exposure has been reduced a little, you only get the hot pixels visible at absolute maximum exposure.Yeah, most ppl will not realise hot-pixels. I just have more "tuned-eyes" from long experience
I checked 3rd nigh-video and at the beginning you can see hot-pixels at same places as on 2nd video, but by the end of 3rd video those hot-pixels are "fading-away". I wonder if it has some sort of automatic hot-pixel fix ?
Pixels that are always on and don't move with the image, three are circled here, click image to view full size:I checked the videos again and again trying to understand the HOT PIXELS you guys mentioned.
May I get some prompt with a snap picture?

but your old car windscreen still havn't been cleanedinstead of this, I bought a new hybrid SUV for the test.
In this model can we have different degrees of viewing angle or only one is available (135)? Also highest bitrate would be nice to have ...

Hot pixels galore! Is there anything that can be done about it?
