the sensors used in these are typically only ever used in real low end cameras, if night time performance is a consideration I don't think you're going to be happy with these

for standalone nav units I've generally used Garmin but I don't know that they have any with AV input, Navman (Mio?) have some models that do, might be worth a look

I would make the set easier - consider the option of a separate monitor in the rearview mirror or Car Rearview Mirror Monitor with cam
Or this option is not suitable?
The rear view camera can be taken by any manufacturer - only with a wider viewing angle, it's all waterproof
