#12 is for me tonight- Ye shall faithfully check thy cards and cams.
Almost had the rear corner of my van removed on the highway today. Outer lane, traffic had slowed, then almost stopped. Look in the mirror and the big box truck which had been behind me was swerving toward the inner lane at speed maybe 30m away In what little space and time I had I moved over a foot or so and moved forward about a meter. He missed me by no more than a hands width going about 50MPH (80KPH). Hadn't checked my trusty G1W/S rear cam in awhile so of course this would be the time it goes wonky Vids short and sporadic for the last few days, and the one I wanted had nothing from that entire trip of an hour. Format card, check a few vids, seems OK. Bench testing some more then going into the van for a PS check. My fault, but it would have made for one heck of a video as the cam is in that corner of the van.
