Need advice..mini 0906 or two A119..or other?

So I have been researching cameras but is no easy task. For example some videos show the A119 having superior IQ to the A119S and then another shows the opposite.
In any case, I feel that a rear camera is important too so I was thinking about the Mini 0906 but the video IQ seems clearly below what the A119 can do so then I started thinking about maybe finding a way to connect two A119 ( I understand they will have separate SD Cards and not be synced).
Any other alternative you can suggest? Small size would be nice since Utah does not like windshield mounted stuff. Temps here can go from low 100s some times to below zero.
Parking mode for collision detection would be nice too.

Oh yeah that is the reason I considered the mini because it is 1080p but from the videos I have seen the 1440p on the A119 seems quite superior. So will it be too hard to connect two A119 or is there any other dual with IQ more similar to the A119?

I have an A119S for front connected via hard wire kit (very easy installation). I will put another A119S for the rear. I don't have a 12v accessory port in the rear of the car, so I will install dual USB ports at the back. To supply power to these ports, I plan to tap into same red wire that connects the hard wire kit to fuse box. To do that, I must run a single wire from fuse box all the way to the rear of the car. Ground wire is easy...just any metallic part of the car.
