Need help 2019 Toyota camry

Hey I am confused on which fuses to connect to. I currently am hardwiring on my car and I am lost. I have tried multiple fuses and it isn't working. I need a switch, constant and a ground. The switch is connected to wipers, than I have constant on dome lights with the ground fork on a bolt. When the car everything is on

Constant could be a horn, it can be used without a key inserted. Switch could be a wiper and ground is the shiny bolt on photo #2. There is already a black cable using the bolt as a ground.
