Need help with Vantrue N2

Hi all,

I just purchased a Vantrue N2. I've never had a dash cam before, I have taken it for a little drive and found that it starts recording when I plug it into my car.

I can play the footage from both cameras on the dashcam itself but I cannot play them on my computer. Either when I use the USB (which nothing happens) or the SD card (which shows as empty)

I've also tried it on my Sony tv, both with USB and hdmi and nothing happens

I'm sure I'm doing something silly but I don't know what, please can you help?
 
Hi. Thanks for replying.

I purchased the Samsung sd card that Amazon recommends so I am putting the micro sd card in the bigger one and just placing that in the slot on my pc. Nothing is happening and if I go into my computer the files are just empty

Maybe try using a USB cable from the dash cam to your computer to enter Mass Storage. That might work for you.
 
you can try to format the card and update the firmware
