I am leaving in 10days for a greater journey searching for a cheap action cam with reasonable quality but not getting nervous when it will be "stolen/lost".

The quality is realy poor and there is no stabilization so I contact the manufatur as it was claimed to be a sony CMOS IMX078 + Novatek NTK96660.
I got the answer that this cam will be better: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07547TWLT/
Now I am confused about chip and sensor all claim to have the best.
Prozessor: Novatek NTK96660 oder Ambarella A7LS
Sensor: OmniVision OV4689 oder Sony IMX078 oder Sony IMX206

But is this real, can anybody help what sensor & chip will give me stable and good quality HD video.
I want to do some video of the trip and play it later on a UHD TV in good quality with sound.
