New battery ordered

I'm not certain but shouldn't the battery be 402030, 4mm high, 20mm wide, 30mm long

Beats me...the only dimms listed on the Amazon ad is the package dimms. I will post up with my experience.

Well, I gambled and lost. The 300mah battery I ordered is too thick. I think I could get it to fit but it would be putting a lot of pressure on it. When I put the battery between my fingers and applied pressure I could hear the battery making noises....like a hissing noise....so pressure seems like a poor idea.

Oh well. $12 wasted. Time to find the right battery.

I think that was @Bill e trying to say... You need 402030 (4mm high, 20mm wide, 30mm long). But 4.5x19x30 should fit as well according to https://dashcamtalk.com/forum/threads/replacing-battery-in-mini0806.17840/#post-231795.
