New camera . Very poor quality photos.... :(

Clealy image capture settings are vga and focus is... none...

Somehow the best focused is the left side of the picture, and more to the right more it's blurred.

its not good, perhaps it is some misconfiguration, maybe lens is knocked, (not as I joked vga), but not what it supposed to be...

So if I try lens fix maybe it will be OK? Or should I return it ? Any suggestions?

Yeah adjusting focus might make a difference, I fixed it yesterday and here are my result.

I think you see the biggest difference on the brick building, but also the sign on the lamp-post.

The original setting was at the top, and the best focus was two marks to the right: https://flic.kr/p/Dx7jyk

Man the difference is night and day if you look in the distance! Old one all blur and the new adjustments makes it looks nice now so guess ill have to do the same when my camera comes.
How big are your steps? Looks like 5mm?

First take some pictures since some cameras seems to have the right focus out of the box. No less than 5, I think it's around 2 mm. You'll realize how small the camera is once you get it :)
