New Here Replay 3 Problems

Hi there
Just got my new 420gw this week and something is really getting on my nerves. Netbase replay 3, ever time i connect the cam via usb or card reader it just stops responding. please have you got any ideas about this

Are you using the version on the supplied CD or the latest Replay from the support website ?

there was no cd in the box, downloaded from there website

What processor does your computer have?

Do the files play on VLC Media player or Windows Media player?

Do they play ok on the Dash Cam itself?

if i download the files to the hard drive they play no problems. if i use repaly via usb or sd card then replay just stops responding

OK - it says that on the player, its a lot of data to be transferred down the USB.
