he was referring to the A119, it has had a problem with the speed display
It was actually through an amazon review that I found what someone said about the new firmware update that still had issues with KMPH:

5-star Review through amazon:
"Nice unit only had it a few days but so far I think it's the best for the money. This is my 5th dash cam and it works just as well as my other expensive one's.( it replaced my Marcus 3 that just broke) I'm useing the latest firmware I could find at the time of this posting (FW 22493212) from a dashcam forum. The one bug I see is the MPH shown on the camera is much higher then my actual speed looks like even though it shows mph I think it's showing kph.Useing Dashcam Viewer the correct mhp is showing in the software but not on the a119 screen see photo I'm sure this will be fixed in a future update.Registrator Viewer shows the video but no GPS data is shown. I purchased the hard wire kit but haven't wired it yet, waiting for the add a fuse tap to arrive. My 2011 Ford Edge uses the "low profile mini fuses" and I couildn't find the kit locally..I also replaced the gray 2 sided tape with black tape from a hardwarestore item 5114191084 I will update this post if anything changes.."
He seems to have consulted the dashcam forum for his latest update.
Wanted to point this out to jackkk for reference and to see if the firmware he updated for his a119 actually fixed the mph OSD issue.
