Next base 112

Hi can anyone help. I have a next base 112 dash cam it's approx 4 months old. It keeps showing sd card error please format card in a blue box on screen. I have tried this several times. I have also gone in go default settings and returned them to defaults I have even purchased a new Samsung ad card thinking the problem is with the card, but still no joy. Thanks in advance Mark.

@NextBase Support should be able to advise,,,, i hope they are not copying the approach of black vue and thinkware, which seem to be very memory card fussy cameras even with their own overpriced cards.
