Nextbase 312 - Faulty / Distorted Screen

Hi. Would anyone know what’s up with my screen when the dashcam is rolling pls? It initially started flickering (it’s hard wired in) and it’s become more and more distorted. Then it said SD card was full so I deleted and formatted the card but no joy. I don’t think it’s power as I’ve tested it with a portable power bank.
Have also tried:
- replacing with a new SD card
- resetting device
- changing resolution etc
- restoring factory

When I scroll through the menu the screen is crystal clear as it should be - it just seems to be when the camera is rolling. I think it’s still recording ok.

Any ideas? Thanks

Is the 312GW on the latest firmware please (R06.4 or R06.9)? If so, this may need to be sent in for investigation with our engineers.
