Nextbase 322gw dashcam sticky mount

I've had a reply from UK support giving me a link to a site called NextBase Parts. I've found and ordered both a self-adhesive mount and some spare sticky pads. For anyone needing these they can be found here.

If all else fails, purchase industrial velcro. See:

Just be aware, it is so good, it can be difficult to separate the two different hook and eye contact surfaces. I have been using the product for years. In fact, I have a reel of it and it can be used for many things such as suspending tools:

Indeed it is a better solution than the original mounting system on my SpeedCheetah C 550.

I've always wondered whether Velcro introduces extra vibration. Is it solid. I've always used the thinnest VHB I can get.

When I first started mounting my cams on the sensor housing (https://dashcamtalk.com/forum/threads/best-place-to-put-cam.26181/#post-308511) that's what I used. On some very rough road surfaces there would be some very minor vibration but nothing you would notice if not looking for it specifically, and I mean looking very intensely. For casual viewing it was non-existant.

Edit: I think I should work very hard at coming up with an alternative to the word 'very'. ;)

I have never encountered any extra vibration! If anything, I would expect any to be dampened out.
