Nextbase 402g vibration (similar to dod ls430w)

Hi guys.

Decided to buy one of these, but seems to be having some problems with vibration. This is the 2nd unit as the first one was even worse.

It was an upgrade from my dod ls400w, which doesn't suffer from vibration.

Am I just being too fussy?

What car make / model, suspension ( standard or sport ), size of tires do you have ?

with a regular car you should not see that ammount of jello in the footage, must be a bad mount or somthing ( not familiar with that camera )

I did get a bit of vibration with the Nextbase but it uses a pretty standard mount type so may be worth trying one of the alternative mounts that fit the DOD LS range and Panorama G range as they use the same T bracket.

In fact @niko may have some options for you?

If mount is screwed tight enough, then vibration may come from car stiff suspension ( sport ? ) and low profile tires, or combination of both.

Tried the mount with the cam, and also the dod mount from my ls400w

The ls400 has no issues.

It's a van with a soft suspension and big tyres

I returned it today.

Will stick with my trusty old ls400w.

Tempted by a ls460w though!
