Nextbase 422gw battery charging issue

Dear friends, need your help with regards to my Nexbase 422GW dash cam... I had bought the nextbase hard wire kit also and had installed it to my car battery so as to connect it to my 422 GW dash cam permanently when in car and to free the car cigarette charger socket... but when I removed the dash cam from the mount, the power is low and than dries up... (the mount is also a power charger as it is connected to the car battery via tha hard wire kit) ..

So when I take it home for charging through the USB wire and charge it for like whole night.. when I remove the usb wire, still the battery is not fully charged...

I am confused..is the usb wire for home charging by Nextbase is defective???? When it is put in the car, shouldn't it be fully charged as it is connected to the car battery ???

I would say send it back to where ever you purchased it from as it will still be under warranty & as for a entire replacement
