HI Guys,

Recently bought the 412GW and downloaded the App, it worked fine for a couple of days. yesterday it would disconnect while downloading a file, but now i can't even view any files i get "File listing error"
has any of you any idea or seen this br

What version of firmware is on the Dash Cam?

In order to check what version of firmware you're using;
please stop the camera recording then press menu twice,
scroll down to "system info" or "version" then press OK,
a black screen should pop up with a long text with R.. at the end.
Please tell me what numbers are after the R.

Do the files play back on the camera itself OK?

Thanks for the reply. The firmware is 9.5 I didn’t update Because I couldn’t the nextbase logo from my videos.
Yes, the videos appear to play ok on the camera itself.

The App is designed to work with the latest version of firmware available.

I recommend updating:

As stated the reason I won’t update is down to the hardcoded logo. Will the option to remove it be reinstated in future releases?
I’ve figured it out.. it seems that it doesn’t like having the app on both my phone and iPad, (worked ok on iPad, just not phone). I removed the app, reinstalled it on my phone only and it works again. Small inconvenience but no hassle. when uploaded to my iCloud, I can view it on my iPad too.
A possible work around, just incase anyone else experiences the same issue.
