Does anyone know where you can get some alternative ball mounts for the Nextbase? Ball seems to be 12mm but I've been unable to locate any suitable alternatives?

Nextbase sometimes re-badge DOD products. DODLS430W = NB402G.

There are numerous Nextbase-badged cams.
Which model are you referring to?
The 402G mentioned in my previous post has a ball that, from memory, is around 16mm give or take 1mm.

This is a ball mount (Transcend brand) that might fit your 312, read down through the whole thing, the people giving reviews have some things to say you might want to hear.
